Living on the coast we know a thing or two about relaxing. Everyone seems to have their spots picked out for when the clock strikes 5 on Friday. If you want to make your precious time off count then you might just have to grab an ENO Hammock. We got our hands on the ENO DoubleNest and as the name implies it is a 2 person hammock. The first thing I have to talk about is the ease of setup..

Garrett McNamara sets the Guinness Book World Record for the largest wave ever surfed. The epic ride happened late last year off the coast of Nazare, Portugal but was just confirmed as the record last week.  

The tall ship is docked at the Charleston Maritime Center and is available for tours this weekend. The Bounty, a replica of one of the most famous ships in the world, was built for the 1962 MGM movie, “Mutiny on the Bounty” starring Marlon Brando. The original Bounty is widely known for the 1789 mutiny that took place aboard. As an English merchant vessel, Bounty had been tasked with. 

For the record I love hats. That is to say I love finding a hat that I know I will wear. It is a profoundly difficult endeavor because when I select a hat it stays with me for years.  So I am really excited to say that I’ve successfully found my next favorite hat– the Echolite Cap from Outdoor Research. more after the jump…

It’s always great to see what people with unbridled passion for the outdoors can come up with utilizing the latest and greatest technology. In Reeder’s case he used a couple of Cannon dslr’s (Mark 2 and 3) shooting 5k in raw to stitch together.
